The Westin Resort & Spa Cancun, Cancun

Overall, my experience at the Westin was a mix of highs and lows. While the staff was exceptionally friendly and the activities for families were engaging, the initial chaos during check-in and the state of the first room left much to be desired. However, once moved to a different area of the hotel, things greatly improved with a lovely room and a quieter pool environment.

We had an enjoyable stay overall at the Westin resort and spa, but there are a few areas that could use some improvement. The staff were exceptional and made our experience memorable, while the pool and beach areas were quite nice. However, the room we stayed in felt a bit outdated and damp, not ideal for a luxurious resort. Dining was also a mixed experience, as the breakfast options could use some excitement to match the rest of the offerings.
